The project related to the care and planting of the vegetable garden represents the basis of our cuisine. A cyclical rotation is created that follows the seasonality in the cultivation of fruit and vegetables, so that you can always have menus in perfect harmony with the harvest.
The garden becomes a manifesto of the territory and an expression of a precise cuisine identity.
By joining the BiodiverSo project (Biodiversity of the horticultural species of Puglia), funded by the Puglia District to protect agrobiodiversity, a cyclical rotation is created that follows the seasonality in the planting of fruit and vegetables. We scrupulously follow the instructions provided by expert hands to ensure the highest quality, respecting the territory and native varieties, preserving natural ecosystems through cultivation that minimizes the impact on the land.
